Refund Policy

For Attendees:

NM Hamvention, Inc. (Duke City Hamfest) will honor requests for refunds from attendees. The request must be received no later than August 31, 2024 at 11:59pm MDT, for all or a portion of registration fees. The refund will be issued either by check or credit card refund at the discretion of NM Hamvention, Inc. After August 31, 2024, no refunds will be issued.

For Vendors:

NM Hamvention, Inc. (Duke City Hamfest) will issue a full or partial refund for either all or any requested portion of registration fees, with a deduction for any processing fees incurred by NMHI. The request must be received no later than August 31, 2024 at 11:59pm MDT. The refund will be issued either by check or  credit card refund at the discretion of NM Hamvention, Inc.
