Event Registration.
All participants
must  register to participate in any
event, except VE testing. All new
hams (those passing the technician
test on Saturday) will receive a free
walk-up registration. Simply bring the paper-
work
provided by the VE examiners
to the
registration desk.

Registration is $30 for each visitor.

Youth 18 years and under are admitted
free due to generous donors.

PRIZE TICKETS: We will have LOTS of prizes to
give away. Prize tickets can be targeted to a specific
prize of interest. Be sure to buy enough to go around!!!

Prize tickets are $2.00 each

Saturday Banquet: We are pleased to offer a banquet dinner with a guest speaker Saturday night at xx:xx PM. Dinner choices include beef, chicken fish, and vegetarian. All come with drink service and desert. Reserve your seat now before we fill up.

All banquet dinners are $50 each

Box Lunches: Taking one of the all day Friday classes? You can order a box lunch and not need to leave the facility during the lunch break. Three different options are available. Note that box lunches are only available on Friday.

All box lunches are $15

T-Shirts: Reserve your official Duke City Hamfest T-Shirt now. We have a sizes to fit almost everyone. T-Shirts can be picked up at the registration desk.

Classes: The Duke City Hamfest will offer several free and pay classes this year. These include HF University, EMCOM, and Skywarn. More may be added so check back often.

Flea Market: The indoor flea market will be held in the main event building adjacent to the commercial vendors. Table prices start at $10 but decrease with the number purchased.

Tailgate: The outdoor tailgate area is located directly behind the main building. Access to the indoor events is convenient.  Tailgate slots are large enough for a car and a trailer. If you need to spread  out please purchase a second slot.

Tailgatre slots cost $15

Test Purchase: Use this to test the shopping functions. Cost is $1

 

    Duke City HamFest will be supporting several free events this year -- however, we request that you RSVP to those you plan on attending so we can better plan each event. If your plans change please come back here and update your RSVP data.
