2025 DCHF Schedule

Thursday:
    • 3:00pm – 7:00pm: Vendor setup (no general admission)
Friday:
    • 8:00am – 4pm: Check in open for pre-registrations and registration for walk ins
    • 8:00am – 5:00pm: All-day workshops/seminars
    • 9:00am – 5:00pm: Vendor/indoor marketplace open (no outdoor)
    • 6:00pm:  Mixer (free, but RSVP required as part of registration)
    Saturday:
      • 6:00am – 12:00pm: Outdoor Marketplace open, north parking lot.
      • 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: Registration
      • 9:00am – 12:00pm: VE exam session
      • 9:00am – 5:00pm: Vendor/Indoor Marketplace open
      • 9:00am – 5:00pm: Various presentation tracks consisting of hour-long presentations
      • 6:00pm:  Banquet (pre-registration required; a limited  number of meal tickets may be available at the registration table).
      •  10:00pm: Royal Order of the Wouff-Hong. Free but RSVP when you register.

    Sunday:

      • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm: Registration
      • 9:00am – 12:00pm: Vendor/Indoor Marketplace open
      • 9:00am – 12:00pm: Various presentation tracks consisting of hour-long presentations
      • 12:00pm: Grand prize drawings and conclusion of event
      • 1:00pm – 5:00pm: Cleanup (no general admission)
