The Duke City Hamfest has partnered with the Embassy Suites to secure a block of rooms at the reduced rate of $169 per night. Make your reservation now — the deadline for getting this rate is August 20, 2025 or whenever the block is exhausted, whichever comes first.

The booking rate includes a free, made-to-order hot breakfast each morning. There is a $5/night parking fee in addition to the room rate; to offset this cost an additional three (3) general raffle tickets will be added to an attendee’s registration envelope for each confirmed, paid night at Embassy Suites.
