The Albuquerque Duke City Hamfest and Convention invites your club to share its aims and success stories by staffing a club table during our next gathering, Sept. 20-22. We are spreading the opportunity as broadly as possible, and to accommodate this, tables will be available in shifts (see rules). Shorter shifts may work better for smaller clubs; longer shifts will boost your visibility.
Club tables will be set up in Isleta's Grand Foyer, the convention's crossroads. A small number of tables will have AC power available. Please use the registration form below to submit your table request. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our club-table coordinator at email@example.com.
Club Table Rules
The Duke City Hamfest board of directors will continue to support amateur-radio-related clubs by offering a free table at its annual convention. The following rules apply:
The club must be engaged in amateur-radio-related activities.
There will be around 14 club tables in the Grand Foyer. To participate, a club must staff a table for a minimum of one four-hour shift. Club tables will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The club must have a banner or sign that advertises the club.
The club should have information sheets to hand out to people interested in the organization.
Please be as unobtrusive as possible when you set up your table for your shift. Be prompt about the take-down so the next club can move in.
The club may sell club promotional items, small kits for fundraising purposes, or accept membership fees during the event. The sale of other items will need approval of DCHF.
The DCHF will assign clubs to specific tables. The DCHF retains the right to refuse a table to a club or group. Look for the club/group name tag on tables in the Grand Foyer.
By submitting this application, you agree to the above terms and hereby request that the DCHF board provide a table for your club at the 2019 Duke City Hamfest. (If the form fails to appear in the box below, just refresh the page.)
